ABBV reported third-quarter results on October 30. Worldwide net revenue was $17.404 billion, up 10.3% on a reported basis and ahead of the $17.307 billion consensus in a Hudson Labs preview. Adjusted diluted EPS was $3.82 and GAAP EPS was $2.37, a shade under a $2.39 GAAP consensus; the quarter carried a $0.11 per share charge for acquired IPR&D and milestones.

Immunology did the heavy lifting. The portfolio brought in $9.165 billion, up 16.3%, led by Skyrizi at $5.776 billion (up 22.7%) and Rinvoq at $2.706 billion (up 23.9%), which together more than offset Humira, down 31.2% to $683 million as biosimilar erosion continues. Neuroscience rose 19.4% to $3.389 billion, with Vraylar at $1.068 billion. Aesthetics was the soft spot, slipping 1.4% to $1.176 billion.

AbbVie raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $13.95-$13.99 from $13.76-$13.96 and narrowed the range. The raise is measured against a range that had already come down: after the first quarter the company guided $14.08-$14.28, before acquisition-related expenses pushed it lower. It also lifted the quarterly dividend to $1.82 from $1.73, payable February 16, 2027, and said it completed its acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics.

Shares rose 1.4% on the day of the report, per SentiSense market data. Investors will watch whether Skyrizi and Rinvoq sustain their current growth pace as Humira shrinks, whether aesthetics stabilizes, and how much further IPR&D and milestone expenses move the full-year number, since the guidance excludes charges incurred after the third quarter.
