CrowdStrike Enhances Security with AI Defense and Real-Time Controls

CrowdStrike has launched several advanced security solutions. These include AI-focused security products that provide faster threat response and real-time controls for sensitive data in AI tools.

CrowdStrike unveiled major expansions to its Falcon platform at the RSA Conference, establishing the endpoint as the centerpiece of AI security. Key launches include EDR AI Runtime Protection, which monitors commands, scripts, and network connections of agentic AI applications in real time, and Shadow AI Discovery, which automatically detects unauthorized AI applications and LLM runtimes across enterprise environments. A new AI Data Flow Discovery tool provides visibility into sensitive data moving through AI services.

CRWD reported Q4 FY2026 revenue of $1.31 billion, up 23% year-over-year, with annual recurring revenue surpassing $5.2 billion. The stock rallied from $391 to approximately $428 following the March earnings release. The company's Charlotte AI platform achieved 98% accuracy in detection triage, eliminating over 40 hours of manual analyst work per week.

The product launches position CrowdStrike at the intersection of two accelerating trends: enterprise AI adoption and the growing attack surface that agentic AI creates. With a $740 million acquisition of SGNL for real-time identity access revocation and 29 Falcon cloud modules, the company is building a comprehensive moat in cloud-native security as the broader cybersecurity market heads toward $580 billion by 2031.
