Jabil reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $10.6 billion and core EPS of $4.40, ahead of estimates of about $9.69 billion and $4.06, and guided fiscal 2027 revenue to $44.5 billion, up 24%, with core EPS of $17.55, above consensus. The stock fell anyway, trading about 6.5% lower near $298 by midday Wednesday.

JBL reported fiscal fourth-quarter net revenue of $10.6 billion, GAAP diluted EPS of $3.76 and core EPS of $4.40, topping analyst estimates of about $9.69 billion in revenue and $4.06 in core EPS. Chief Executive Mike Dastoor said the company supported significant growth in AI infrastructure and brought critical new capacity online, capping a fiscal 2026 in which revenue grew 21% and core operating margin expanded 40 basis points.

The larger news was the outlook. Jabil expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $44.5 billion, up 24%, a core operating margin of 6.1% and core EPS of $17.55, up 34%, along with about $1.6 billion of adjusted free cash flow. MarketBeat put the prior consensus at $42.6 billion in revenue and $16.58 in EPS, and other tallies ran a little higher at about $42.93 billion and $16.92, so the guide cleared the bar on every measure. For the first quarter, Jabil guided revenue of $10.6 billion to $11.4 billion and core EPS of $3.80 to $4.20.

Investors sold anyway. The shares fell about 3% in premarket trading and the decline deepened after the open, leaving the stock down about 6.5% near $298 by midday Wednesday. Some commentators pointed to the width of the first-quarter range and to margin expansion weighted toward later in the fiscal year.

Analysts remain constructive: nine of the ten tracked by SentiSense rate the stock a buy, with an average price target of $427.33 in a range of $365 to $475. What to watch is whether AI infrastructure demand keeps pace with the 24% growth target through fiscal 2027, and where first-quarter results land within guidance.
