Oklahoma AG Sues Roblox Over Child Safety Concerns

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond has filed suit against RBLX, alleging the platform failed to adequately protect minors from predatory contact and harmful content. The complaint adds Oklahoma to a growing list of states pursuing the gaming platform, following high-profile actions in Kentucky and Louisiana earlier this year.

The legal pressure compounds an already difficult regulatory backdrop for Roblox, which has spent the past 18 months rolling out age-verification, parental-control, and AI-moderation features in response to investor and policymaker scrutiny.
