Oklo reported a third-quarter loss of $0.22 per share, narrower than the $0.27 analysts expected, on revenue of $1.86 million against a $1.01 million estimate, and the stock rose 22.7% on Friday to close at $23.55. The revenue came from recently acquired services businesses, not reactor sales, and the net loss widened to $41.7 million from $29.7 million a year earlier. Oklo also reserved manufacturing capacity equal to 27 Aurora modules, and Truist reiterated a Hold rating.

Oklo reported third-quarter 2026 results on Nov. 6 with a loss of $0.22 per share, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of a $0.27 loss, and revenue of $1.86 million versus a $1.01 million consensus. The shares rose 22.66% on Friday to close at $23.55, following seven days of decline.

The beat needs context. Oklo is a pre-commercial reactor developer, and the quarter's revenue came from engineering, consulting and fabrication services tied to the ARMEC and CEI acquisitions completed in June, not from reactor sales. The loss was also wider than a year earlier: net loss was $41.7 million versus $29.7 million, and the loss per share was $0.22 versus $0.20, so the loss was narrower than expected but not narrowing. The company held about $3.13 billion in cash and marketable securities at Sept. 30.

Oklo also disclosed a strategic manufacturing agreement with U.S. Forged Rings that reserves capacity for large reactor components, with first deliveries expected in 2030 and capacity reserved through 2035. TIKR describes this as capacity equal to 27 Aurora modules for a reactor fleet that still has no signed buyer, and Truist similarly cited long-lead manufacturing capacity for 27 Aurora module-equivalents across 2030 to 2035.

Truist Securities reiterated a Hold rating with a $31 target, saying the quarter showed progress on schedule, including continued execution at Aurora-INL and steps forward in fuel fabrication and isotopes. What to watch: whether Oklo converts non-binding customer agreements into binding power contracts, progress on the first Aurora build, and cash burn against a large balance sheet.
