ServiceNow and Accenture Launch AI-Powered Cybersecurity Services

ServiceNow and Accenture launched AI-powered services to accelerate the shift from legacy risk platforms to agentic AI. The partnership aims to enhance cybersecurity and risk management. The companies did not disclose further details.

NOW and ACN launched a joint offering on June 29 aimed at accelerating enterprises off legacy risk platforms and onto agentic AI. The package pairs managed security services built on the ServiceNow AI Platform with an Accenture-built solution that automates migration from older systems, targeting the two biggest barriers to risk modernization: cost and migration complexity.

The pitch is operational: AI agents monitor regulatory changes and automate responses across risk management, compliance, third-party risk, and operational-technology environments, with the goal of reducing exposure before incidents occur. The companies framed the need against rising breach economics, with U.S. data-breach costs reaching an all-time high of about $10.22 million per incident in 2025.

For both stocks, the launch deepens a go-to-market alliance in a structurally growing security-and-governance category and extends ServiceNow's agentic-AI positioning following its recent cybersecurity expansion. The signal to watch is enterprise migration velocity, which converts the partnership from announcement into recurring platform revenue.
