Glen Bell opened the first Taco Bell restaurant in Downey, California in 1962, and the brand is a division of Yum! Brands (YUM) with its corporate headquarters in Irvine, California. Sean Tresvant has been chief executive officer of the Taco Bell Division since January 2024.
