Mobility Global, which spun out of S&P Global on July 1, 2026, is a market-leading provider of automotive data, analytics, and software. Mobility Global consists of two segments: Carfax and B2B. Carfax is the firm's largest segment by both revenues and profits and is the market leader in the vehicle history reports, or VHR, space. The B2B segment provides auto manufacturers (original equipment manufacturers, or OEMs), auto suppliers, dealers, and others with a range of marketing, sales, strategy, and planning solutions. In 2025, Mobility Global generated 83% of its revenue in the US.
